I just finished a nice country style home with a large porch 3 bedroom 3 bath home. It has 1700 sq feet on the main floor and 1300 on the second floor. It is on a crawl space and has a large garage. House plans are a work in progress 3rd time is the charm #225 Country Cottage Style House Plans Blueprints
I have been working for the last couple of months on a house plan for a couple and after 3 different houses we finally have it finished. three different houses all designed around the same kitchen. THe kitchen is all that remainded constat through out the process. Cost to build is what has reduced this house and I think we ended up with a really cute design. Check it out
The house ended up with about 2100 sq ft on the main floor and 2300 sq ft on basement.
