To develop your design we need to know the following:

length & width, foundation type, pitch of roof, door and window sizes and locations, ceiling heights, exterior finishes, any other information to make your design.

 
 

Customer Examples:

#1 – I need a 22′ x 22′ x 8′.  16′ x 7′ garage door centered, A 3′ man door 3′ from the front on the right elevation, and a 5′ x 3′ window centered in the same wall. 4/12 pitch, vertical siding.

 
 

#2 – Can you design a 24′ wide x 30′ deep x 9′ walls.  There will be a bonus truss with a 2′ heel and a 6/12 pitch.  14′ x 8′ garage door 2′ from left on front wall.  3′ man door 3′ from front on right with a 5′ x 3′ window centered in same wall.  Vertical siding.

    I would like to know if you can create a set of blueprints for a four family house. I would like it to have approximately 1000 square feet, 1 kitchen, 1 family room, 3 bedrooms, and a washer/dryer hook-up per unit. I would like 2 units on the first floor and 2 units on the second floor. I would like the footprint to be roughly 40 feet by 50 feet with the foundation a slab on grade and the roof should have a 5/12 pitch. The exterior walls should be 2″ by 6″. I would like each unit to have a separate entrance and no common entrance. Each unit should have 8 foot ceilings with 3′ by 4-8′ windows in the main rooms with 2′ by 3-2′ windows in the bathroom and kitchen. Thank you for your time.
